SELLERS SALES POLICY

At OLAPLAY TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, we are committed to ensuring the legitimacy, security, and quality of digital products sold on our platform, [B4CU.com](http://www.b4cu.com). To achieve this, we have implemented a comprehensive sales policy that includes strict measures to verify sellers, monitor transactions, and mitigate risks. Below is an outline of our sales policy:

Seller Credit System
To maintain a trustworthy marketplace, we have established a robust seller credit system to evaluate and monitor the credibility of sellers.
1. New Seller Observation Period
  • Merchants or individuals selling digital products on B4CU for the first time are subject to a 90-day observation period.
  • During this period, sellers may only withdraw 70% of their revenue within 30 days of sale.
2. Sincere Partner Status
  • Sellers with no negative records during the 90-day observation period will be upgraded to Sincere Partners.
  • Sincere Partners are eligible to withdraw 90% of their revenue within 30 days of sale.
3. Fraud Risk and Risk Reminders
  • If a seller triggers the database system's fraud risk alert or a manual risk reminder is initiated, their withdrawal privileges will be temporarily frozen.
  • The after-sales department will investigate and verify the transaction before any further action is taken.
4. Irregular Sellers
  • Sellers found to be engaging in fraudulent or irregular activities will be permanently banned from our platform.
  • Their funds will be frozen, and buyers will be refunded.
  • All products listed by such sellers will be removed from B4CU.

Risk Control by the After-Sales Department
To protect our customers and maintain the integrity of our platform, we strictly prohibit the sale of potentially stolen or illegal digital products.
1. Collaboration with Payment Platforms
We maintain close communication with PayPal to identify and address illegal products or transactions.
2. Historical Sales Record Review
We regularly review sellers' historical sales records to ensure pricing aligns with market standards.
3. New Product Monitoring
For new products listed by sellers, we monitor market feedback and transaction patterns to assess legitimacy.
4. Risk Warning Handling
  • Products that trigger risk warnings are evaluated based on market conditions, PayPal feedback, product attributes, and pricing.
  • Appropriate action is taken to resolve any issues promptly.
5. Irregular Seller Follow-Up
The after-sales department investigates and resolves cases involving irregular sellers in a timely manner.
Seller Verification by the Customer Service Department
To ensure the authenticity of sellers and their products, we have implemented a verification system for all new and existing sellers.
1. Price-Based Verification
Sellers listing products priced above $10 are subject to verification by the customer service department.
2. New Seller Verification
New sellers must provide valid identification, including:
    • Fraud risk assessment
    • IP address verification
    • Identification certificate
    • Bank card information
    • Business license (if applicable)
    • Corporate representative identity and card information (for organizations)
This information is cross-checked against our database to prevent duplication or fraudulent activity.
3. Buyer-Reported Issues
The after-sales department promptly investigates and resolves any issues reported by buyers regarding potentially illegal products.

Technical Support and Database System
Our technical department has developed a secure database system to record and monitor seller information, ensuring transparency and accountability.
1. Seller Information Collection
First-time sellers are required to provide the following information:
    • Contact email
    • PayPal email
    • Login IP address
    • Telephone number
    • Registration address
    • Identification certification
    • Bank card settlement information
    • Business license (if applicable)
    • Corporate representative identity and card information (for organizations)
2. Risk Warning System
Our risk warning system operates in two modes: automatic triggers and manual initiation.
1) Manual Risk Warning
  • The after-sales department may manually initiate a risk warning and suspend transactions if illegal or potentially illegal products are detected.
  • The department will contact both the seller and buyer to verify the transaction and determine whether to proceed or issue a refund, based on our illegal product catalog.
2) Automatic Risk Warning
  • If a buyer files a case with PayPal, the database system automatically flags the seller as a potential scammer, and the after-sales department will investigate.
  • A risk warning is also triggered automatically if a seller's IP address changes. The customer service department will contact the seller to verify the change.

At B4CU, we prioritize the security and satisfaction of our customers and partners. Our sales policy is designed to create a safe, transparent, and reliable marketplace for digital products. For any inquiries or assistance, please contact us at sales@b4cu.com
